Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Flexible Rescheduling

We understand that life events, property registration shifts, or family situations can occasionally require moving a planned puja date. We offer free date and time rescheduling for any booked ceremony when notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Muhurat, subject to Pandit Ji's calendar availability.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking entirely:

• Please notify us promptly via WhatsApp or Phone call at +917667095346.
• If any advance deposit was paid for custom or rare samagri items that have already been procured and consecrated, the cost of those physical materials may be retained, while any remaining balance will be promptly refunded.
• If no special samagri was pre-purchased, cancellation is processed with complete cordiality.

3. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed directly via original payment mode or UPI within 2 to 3 business days.
